The BDA Code of Practice for Employers is now available every employer, HR and Equality professional should have a copy to ensure compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995/2005.

 

This excellent publication deals with dyslexia in the workplace.

 

Dyslexia is a recognised disability under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995/2004. These guidelines will assist an employer to adopt policies and procedures in compliance with the Act.
